The second semester Driver Education classes will be opened on January 20th. Students who are interested need to apply online at http://moourl.com/jacksonvillehigh.

We can only take 35 students per class, so classes will fill up quickly.  All students who have taken Driver's Education or will take the class during the Spring semester will need to have completed the driving portion of the class by June 30th.

There will be no Driver's Education classes offered this summer.

On a different note, we will be freezing the issuance of Driver Eligibility Certificates (DEC's) from Friday January 16th until February 4th due to exams and report cards.  If you need to obtain a DEC, please contact Ms. Scott at connie.scott@onslow.k12.nc.us before that date.

For the 2015-2016 school year, Driver Education will be offered at the schools but will no longer be funded by the government.  The program will be completely managed by North Carolina Driving School and will cost about $300.  If you have any questions, please call NC Driving School at 1-800-375-6550.
